Open Bracket, Inc. [OBTrack] (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the data and information we collect from users of our website, located at openbracket.co (the “Website”), and related services provided through our Website (the Website and the related services constituting the “Service”).

  1. User Consent. By submitting Personal Data (as defined below) through the Service, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy you should not use the Service.
  2. Age Restrictions. The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, for anyone under the age of 18, or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction without involvement of a parent or guardian. The Company does not intentionally gather or distribute Personal Data from children under the age of 13.
  3. A Note to Users Outside of the United States. Your Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in your country. Your agreement to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of information through the Service represents your consent and agreement to these practices. If you do not want your information transferred to, processed, or maintained outside of the country where you are located, you should not use the Service.
  4. Types of Data Collected. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data from you when you visit the Website, when you send us information or communications, and/or when you use the Service. “Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not permit the identification of an individual person.     1. Personal Data You Provide to Us. We collect Personal Data from each electronic mail sent using OBTrack by the User (“Accessed Data”), including including first, last name and e-mail address of user, first and last names of all recipients, e-mail address's of all recipients, subject of the email, confirmation that the recipient has opened the email after it has been received, timestamp of each email opening, the history of the times (number, date and time) the recipient has opened the received email, IP from which the email was opened, browser and operating system used by the recipient who opened the email. we also collect keywords which you search on google so that we can show ads related to that keywords in your google search or gmail. When you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional information about you. We may also collect Personal Data from you at other points on the Service that state that Personal Data is being collected.
    2. Data Collected via Technology. To make the Service more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data from you, including browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit.
    3. Data Provided by Third Parties. We may receive Personal Data and/or Anonymous Data about you from other sources such as companies that provide our services by way of a co-branded or private-labeled website, or companies that offer their products and/or services on our website (“Third Party Companies”). These Third Party Companies may supply us with Personal Data. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you through the Service.
    4. Third Parties Use of Cookies and Web Beacons. The Service may include third-party advertising, links to other websites, and other content from third-party businesses.   5. Types of Data Collected Use of Your Data

    2. Creation of Anonymous Data. We may create Anonymous Data records using Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you.     4. Disclosure to Third Party Service Providers. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or rent your Personal Data to, nor do we trade or share your Personal Data with, any third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, we may share your Personal Data with third party contractors and service providers to provide you with the Service such as (a) to conduct quality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of accounts; (b) to process payments; or (c) to provide technical support. These third party contractors and service providers are required not to use your Personal Data other than to provide the services requested by the Company. You expressly consent to the sharing of your Personal Data with our contractors and other service providers for the sole purpose of providing services in connection with the Service.
    5. Disclosure to Third Party Companies. We may enter into agreements with Third Party Companies pursuant to which we may offer a Third Party Company’s products or services through the Service. A Third Party Company may want access to Personal Data that we collect from customers who purchase or access the Third Party Company’s products or services through the Service. As a result, we may provide your Personal Data to a Third Party Company when you purchase the applicable Third Party Company’s products or services through the Service. However, it will always be clear to you that a Third Party Company is involved in the transaction that you are entering into. The privacy policies of the Third Party Companies may apply to the use and disclosure of your Personal Data that we collect and disclose to applicable Third Party Companies.
    6. With your Consent. Other than as set forth above, we will only provide your Personal Information to a third party with your consent.
  7. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Data
    1. Communications from us. We will periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote the use of our Service or the purchase of our services and that may contain advertisements for Third Party Companies.     2. Changes to Personal Data. You may change any of your Personal Data in your account by editing your profile on the Service. You may request that we delete your Personal Data that we have within our possession or control, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled applicable requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
  8. Data Integrity. We will use Personal Data only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by you. We depend on you to update and correct your Personal Data to the extent necessary to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  9. Security of Your Personal Data. The Company is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data. We also require you to enter a password to access your account information. Please do not disclose your account password to unauthorized people.   11. Changes to This Privacy Policy. OBTrack reserves the right to change this policy for any reason, and may make small, inconsequential changes to this policy with or without notice. Each time this policy is changed we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. When substantial changes are made to the disclosure of your personal information OBTrack will attempt to notify active users through the email. If you do not agree with the revised privacy policy you can stop using OBTrack service. Continued use of our Service following notice of applicable changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of the applicable changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable changes.
